After the finals of the X Factor reality show, Simon jetted off to Barbados with his girlfriend Lauren Silverman and baby Eric.
Simon who once revealed he doesn't change his baby's nappies, was seen cuddling his son, who wore a green dinosaur inspired outfit strolling down the beach with his baby mama.
Later, with Eric being taken care of by needed hands, Simon and Lauren got ready for some sport of jet skiing.
