Asari Dokubo has been said to be one of the two men who were caught with the $9.3m cash to South Africa. According to Punch Nigeria source, The All Progressives Congress says ex-militant, Alhaji Mujaheed Dokubo-Asari, was involved in the $9.3m arms deal which led to the arrest of two Nigerians and an Israeli in South Africa.
