Tyler Perry offered Bobby brown his private jet to enable him rush to Bobbi Kristina's bedside



The family is leaning on him. Hollywood power player Tyler perry we learnt offered his support to Bobby Brown when he heard the news of Boobi Kristin’s hospitalization this past weekend.

A source close to Perry stated that the actor, writer and producer, a close friend of the Brown family, is currently at Bobbi Kristina's bedside and lending his support as the 21-year-old daughter of Brown and the late Whitney Houston remains in critical condition in the North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Ga.

Teenager in court for selling ex-girlfriend's nude photos when he was 14 years



A teenager has become the youngest person to be convicted for revenge porn in the UK after he sold nude pictures of his 15-year-old ex-girlfriend for £10 when he was just 14. 
 
The boy, who is now 16, had 170 indecent images of the victim and used Facebook to sell two of them but was preparing to distribute more when he was caught, a court heard.

Before his death, the billionaire businessman was the Asoju Oba of Lagos, Babasuwa of Ijebu Remoa, the Odofin of Ife and Chancellor to Lagos State University.

He was also the Chairman, CFAO Nigeria Limited.

Bomb blast in Gombe, five minutes after President Jonathan left rally ground


 
Two female suicide bombers were suspected of being behind a blast on Monday outside a stadium in northeast Nigeria, where President Goodluck Jonathan had given a speech, officials and rescue workers said.

“We have evacuated two bodies of females we believe were suicide bombers behind the blast,” said one rescue worker after the explosion in Gombe city.

Install meters or disconnect us from the national grid - Consumers tell Ikeja Electric (IE)


Some electricity consumers in Agbado Oke-Odo Local Community Development Area (LCDA), Lagos, on Monday demanded installation of prepaid meters in the area from the Ikeja Electric (IE) or be disconnected from the national grid. 
They told newsmen that they could no longer continue to pay “crazy bills.”
 
 
Mr Adebayo Alaye, the Chairman, Community Development Committee (CDC) of the area said that their ultimatum followed the failure of IE management to meet their demands, after series of meetings on the prepaid meter issue. “We have met them several times, but they kept promising us that they will bring it.

If convicted, the one-time presidential contender, known as DSK in France, faces up to 10 years in prison and a €1.5m (£1.1m) fine.
 
Strauss-Kahn and more than a dozen other French and Belgian businessmen will be tried in the northern city of Lille.

Synagogue Building Collapse: Final remains of South Africans to be flown home this week

 
Minister in the Presidency Jeff Radebe says some of the last remains of South Africans who died in the building collapse at the Synagogue Church of All Nations four months ago will be repatriated this week.

In September, more than 100 people including 85 South Africans were killed when a guesthouse at the Synagogue Church of All Nations
caved in. 

Teenager, Samuel Ogundeyi arrested inside aircraft tyre compartment


 
A breach of security was, on Sunday, recorded at a private general aviation terminal, Execujet, within the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos, when a male teenager, Samuel Ogundeyi, suspected to be a stowaway, was arrested in the tyre compartment of an aircraft.
 
According to information gathered on Sunday evening, the aircraft was parked in the hangar of the Execujet terminal of the airport.

A 15-year-old citizen of Republic of Benin, Sadia (surname unknown), has regretted her decision to seek the job of a housemaid with one Mrs Bunmi Oladele, a full-time housewife in Ibadan, Oyo State. With her face swollen and both eyes shut from the effect of beating, tears rolled down her cheeks as she lay on the bed at a hospital she was taken for treatment after she was battered by her mistress.
 
 

Man hangs self in an uncompleted building in Lagos

Residents of Ile-Iwe community in the Meiran area of Lagos State say they were shocked to see the dangling body of a stranger in an uncompleted building in the area.
 
Some of the residents said the victim was on Thursday brought down dead from the rope with which he hung himself.
