Jolie enjoys a relaxing break with her daughters Shiloh and Zahara

Jolie (39) was seen yesterday having a bonding time with two of her six children Shiloh (8) and Zahara (9).  They all seemed to be enjoying quality time together as they clasped hands for a stroll around New York city.

Jolie had on a white blouse tucked into a business professional knee length black skirt with a long black coat.  She added a black knee length leather boots and wore her brunette locks down.

Her daughters layered up in loose hooded jumpers, black trousers and trainers fro Shiloh and faded skinny jean and laced-up boots for Zahara

In celebration of her sister Louise's birthday,  She tweeted a throwback childhood picture of herself and sister Louise.  She added,   ''To my wonderful sister on her birthday.  You are a wonderful mother and beautiful friend.''  ''I love U x Victoria.

Pictures of the little girl who was brutally assaulted by her maid

Few days back a video of a little girl being brutally assaulted by her maid went viral on the internet.  Here are more pictures of the little cutie!  Luckily,  little cutie is OK.

The incident is said to have happened in Uganda.  And that the little girls parents had the maid arrested - of course  after beating her mercilessly.

IG of Police denies giving order for the arrest of any member of the National Assembly



The Inspector General of Police, Suleiman Abba has refuted claims that he ordered the arrest of anybody because of Thursday's incident which took place at the National Assembly, Abuja.

The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Suleiman Abba CFR, NPOM, NPM, mni, has denied issuing any arrest order on any particular person involved in the attack on Policemen, or the disturbance of public peace, at the premises of the National Assembly, Abuja on Thursday, 20 November, 2014. Rather, it lies with the investigating Police Officers to determine who to invite, quiz and prosecute as the case may be.

In another vein, the Inspector-General of Police has condemned in very strong terms the unwarranted attack on Police Officers providing security at a political rally in Oke Ado area of Ibadan, Oyo State, during which one Police Inspector was shot dead and 5 others sustained grievous injuries.

While ordering a thorough investigation into the shooting incident and the attendant death of a service personnel, the Inspector-General of Police reiterated his warning to political actors to desist from the use of thugs in pursuing their agenda. The IGP reaffirmed the resolve and determination of the Nigeria Police to provide a safe and secure corridor for all political competitors, stressing that offenders of the Electoral Act will face the full wrath of the law.

Charles Bruce Chukwuma ''Chaz B" of Rhythm FM Radio is dead

Popular Nigerian Radio broadcaster Charles Bruce Chukwuma known also as ''Chaz B'' is dead.

Mr. Chukwuma who was the presenter of ''Sharing Life Issues'' which aired on Inspiration FM Radio before he moved to Rhythm FM died yesterday of complications arising from Kidney failure.

He had kidney transplant in 2012 donated by his wife.  RIP

Robbers steals Ebola blood samples in Guinea

According to the Red Cross, robbers in Guinea have stolen blood samples believed to be infected with Ebola.   The samples, stored in tightly wrapped vials tucked into a cooler bag, were in the care of a Red Cross courier who was among nine passengers sharing a taxi when three men on a motorbike robbed the vehicle and took the samples.
 
The robbers forced the passengers out of the vehicle, stole mobile phones, cash, jewellery, and fired into the air as they demanded the handover of the cooler bag. 


Somalia AL-Shabab hijacked a bus, kills 28 in Kenya

Al-Shabab fighters from Somalia hijacked a bus in Kenya's north and killed 28 non-Muslims on board after they had been singled out from the rest of the passengers.

Police officer said the bus was travelling to the capital Nairobi with 60 passengers and was hijacked 50km from the town of Mandera near Kenya's border with Somalia.

Al-Shabab has released a statement claiming responsibility for the bus attack, saying the attack was revenge for raids carried out by Kenyan security forces on mosques in the coastal city of Mombasa.

Last week in a joint interview with New York Times, Will Smith's children Jaden 16, and Willow 14, pontificate about quantum physics, why they prefer to write novels rather than reading them and their ability to manipulate time.
 
During the interview, Jaden said, ''Time for me, I can make it go slow or fast , however I please and that is how I know it doesn't exist!  Really!
 
And Willow added, ''Because, you have to live.  There is a theoretical physicist inside all our minds and you can tell and talk, but it is living?  An really confused here!  Or they think they are acting in one of their father's out of space film!
 
  

Victoria Beckham: Happy at Work!

Victoria was all smiles yesterday when she visited her Dover Street Store with her friend and celebrity hairstylist Ken Paves.  She wore a bright smile as she chat inside the store with people.  She was elegantly dressed in an all white ensemble.
 
The store which was opened last month, is the first to house her expanding fashion and accessories.  Though she could not attend the opening ceremony because she was speaking at a UN conference in New York at the time, her husband David Beckham attended in her place.
