Friday the 34-year-old finally shared the first photo of her newborn, in a
black-and-white Instagram picture she posted, with the caption: 'Blessings and
love!! #GenesisAliDean'. Another photo down.
In the picture she poses happily with her husband Swizz Beatz, his son Kasseem Dean Jr, and their older son Egypt Daoud.
