Dolphin FC of
Port Harcourt star Emem Eduok has been ordered out of the Super Eagles
camp.
This is as a
result of the transfer controversy that the star is presently swimming in. And the camp authorities feel this will cause
unnecessary distractions to the player and his other team mates as they prepare
for their international friendly match in the United Arab Emirates.
“Telling him to
leave the camp does not mean we are indicting him. We will carry out an
investigation and whoever is found guilty, be he/she an agent or player manager
or an official of his club, will be duly sanctioned,” Pinnick said at the NFF
Secretariat in Abuja.
The Super Eagles
are preparing to face Cote D’Ivoire in a friendly match in Abu Dhabi on Sunday
and will later play Sudan in Dubai on January 17.
