The Indian
film industry, Bollywood, have been gripped by sagas of drug problems.
Bollywood
star, Akshay Kumar on Saturday acknowledged this fact against the back drop of narcotics
probes following the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.
Rajput, who
was found dead in June in his house in Mumbai was said to have taken his life
after consuming narcotics.
Investigation
into his death has expanded into a massive drug probe. With allegation that his former actress
girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty was said to have procured some of the drugs for him.
Several high
profile actresses including Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet
Singh have all be interrogated.
Meanwhile, Rajput’s
family disputed reports that the dead actor suffered from depression.
