Suswam who made the comment at the ongoing Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP) campaign held in Katsina Ala Local Government Area of
the state said, “some of those who have
benefitted immensely from the ruling PDP but for their selfish reason
decided to betray the party by moving to opposition party, it will not be well
with them.”
While insisting that the ruling party had performed
creditably to continue in government, Suswam promised that the party would
continue to address the well-being of the masses.
He appealed to the people of the area to remain
supportive of the party by voting massively for PDP candidates in the
forthcoming general elections.
“Let us vote for President Goodluck Jonathan to
continue with his laudable programmes,” he said.
Suswam, charged the youth to eschew violence but vote
massively and protect their votes against manipulation.
