How many of us remember
the great Monica Lewinsky who almost sent the then President Clinton out of the
white house? She stepped back into the
spotlight on Tuesday night to attend a star-studded charity benefit in
London.
The 41-year-old
kept things simple in a chic black dress for the Quercus Biasi Foundation
Spring Gala, which was held at Claridges Hotel, in aid of the Red Cross War
Memorial Children's Hospital.
The demure gown
featured a high neckline, modest cap sleeves, and ruffled detailing around the
bottom, and was accessorized with a collection of long, draped pendants, and a
pair of simple black pointed-toe heels.
Monica topped off her look with a chrome-colored clutch.
She kept her shiny
brunette hair loose as it softly curled and flowed past her shoulders, while
her natural looking make-up gave her a rosy glow.
After years of
hiding away from the spotlight, Monica is gradually facing the public. She has written a tell-all essay for Vanity
Fair about her affairs with President Clinton and has also gave a powerful talk
on how she was able to overcome her public humiliation during those sad times.
