The 37-year-old singer welcomed her second son with boyfriend Gerard Pique at a Barcelona hospital last night through a caesarean section.
The Waka Waka (This Time for Africa) hit maker and her 27-year-old footballer beau made use of the entire floor of the Quiron hospital Tekno in the Spanish city for the birth.
The new born was delivered by the same doctor who delivered her first son, two-year-old Milan.
The couple are yet to reveal a name for the new born.
