INEC to distribute Permanent Voter Cards in 13 States beginning from November 7th
The Independent National Commission (INEC) has approved the distribution of permanent voter cards in 13 states in the third phase of the exercise from Friday 7th November up till Sunday 9th November 2014.
The states are: Adamawa, Borno, Edo, Imo, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Lagos, Nassarawa, Niger, Ogun, Plateau and Rivers states respectively.
