Adesanya has been charged with one count of knowingly entering into a restricted building and another count of injuring animals by law enforcement . Both charges are punishable by up to one year in prison. Dominic Adesanya's father has come out to say his son has some mental problems.

On September 19, Omar J. Gonsaleza, a 42-years-old army veteran also jumped the white house fence. He too is undergoing mental health evaluation.
