13 gang-member Somalia men convicted of running sex ring which abused, raped and prostituted young girls in Britain

Thirteen men have been convicted of running a sex ring that saw vulnerable under aged British girls abused, raped and prostituted.  The victims with some as young as thirteen were sexually abused an d passed around the gang's friends for money.
 
The girls were said to have been brain washed into believing that the abuse was part of a relationship.
 
Some of the girls who were as young as thirteen years were raped up to four times in one night by three different men in a hotel they were taken to by some of the gangs.  Some of them were paid as little as 30 pound or given drugs, alcohol or gifts to perform sexual acts on older men.

The thirteen men were convicted of charges  involving victims aged between 13 and 17 - including rape, sexual activities with a child, facilitating child prostitution, trafficking, paying for sexual services of a child and drug offences.
Liban Abdi, 21, Mustapha Farah, 21, Arafat Osman, 20, Idleh Osman, 22, Abdulahi Aden, 20, Said Zakaria, 22 and Mustafa Deria, 22, were all jailed for between 18 months and 13 years for either child sexual exploitation or drugs offences. 
The second trial centred on another group of young Somali men - but included Zakaria - and their grooming and subsequent sexual abuse of four young girls. 
Mohamed Jumale, 24, Mohamed Dahir, 22, Zakaria, Jusuf Abdizirak, 20, Omar Jumale, 20, Abdirashid Abdulahi, 21 and Sakariah Sheik, 21, were all convicted yesterday of child sexual exploitation offences.
