Craig Spencer, the first person diagnosed with the Ebola virus in New York have been released from the hospital after making a full recovery from the virus.
The 33-year-old doctor appeared outside the Manhattan Bellevue Hospital today with the New York Mayor Bill de Blasio.
He tested positive to the virus on 23 October few days after returning from Guinea, one of the worst hit Ebola countries.
Spencer's infection left many New Yorkers alarmed, especially when it was discovered that he rode the subway, dined in a restaurant and visited a bowling alley.
