Tambuwal Picks APC Presidential Nomination Forms

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal has picked the notice of interest and nomination forms to run for the office of president of Nigeria on the All Progressive Congress platform.

Tambuwal was earlier tipped to run as governor in Sokoto State.

He was presented with the form today by a group of friends and political associates from the APC party.

Sources have it that Tambuwal is entry the presidential race at the prompting of one of the leaders of the party, Bola Tinubu.

Mr. Tambuwal indication of interest now bring to five the number of persons who have indicated interest in the no.1 position.  Others are Mohammadu Buhari, Atiku Abubakar, Gov. Rabiu Kwankwaso and am Nda-Isiah.
