2015: President Jonathan is PDP Presidential flag bearer, picks Vice President Namadi Sambo as running mate

President Jonathan was early this morning formally ratified as the presidential flag bearer of the PDP for the 2015 presidential elections by the party at the Eagles Square , Abuja
 

In his acceptance speech, he told delegates and other party faithfuls that his already tested and loyal Vic President, Namadi Sambo will be his running mate in the presidential elections.
 

 

 

President Jonathan who was the sole aspirant of the party, nonetheless was ratified by voting in accordance with the electoral act with all 2,812 votes cast at the convention.
