Two Malaysian teenage boys today in Kuala Lumpur sued the Malaysian Airlines and the Malaysian Government on negligence over the disappearance of the MH370 flight.
The case which the boys filed through their mother is the first known legal action taken by anybody connected to the flight.
It was brought before the Kuala Lumpur High Court, and was filed by the two sons of businessman Jee Hang aged 14 and 11. Jee Hang was one of the 239 passengers on board the flight that went missing March 8. They stated that the government did not try to establish contact within a reasonable time after the MH370 plane disappeared from the radar. They also accused the Malaysian Immigration of negligence of duty for allowing passengers with fake identity on to the plane.
They said after speaking with experts, they believe they have a case.
