Driver arrested by Gov. Fashola for driving against traffic

It was an unlucky day for an employee of the Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency (LASAA), Israel Onyemaechi, who was personally arrested by the Governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Raji Fashola for driving against traffic.

 

Friday committed the offence on Awolowo Road, Ikorodu.

 

The governor who was on Ikorodu road to inspect projects had to ask his convoy to block the suspects vehicle.

 

Fashola who was angry with Israel said he expected employees of the state to lead by example.  He then asked that Friday be apprehended and his vehicle impounded.
