According to TMZ magazine, the 45-year-old rap mogul and his 33-year-old pop diva are set to close the deal on a $85 million Beverly Hills estate after visiting the property six times.
The eight-bedroom, 15 bathroom house sits on 23,000 square feet and include an attached 16-car garage.
They will have his and hers walk-in closets with plenty of mirrors and large storage space. The can also invite up to 20 friends for a private screening in their home theatre. And the property house a large wine cellar that can take up to thousands of wine bottles.
