65-year-old Nze Corlinius is standing trial before the Senior Magistrate Court Abuja on a four count charge of criminal conspiracy, impersonation, theft and cheating.
Mr. Nze Corlinius was alleged to have also under false pretence fraudulently collected the sum of N5m from Mr. Harris.
He was said to have impersonated one Mr. Nzi Obi from Rivers State so as to be able to get contract from the Nigerian Agip Oil Company.
The accused pleaded not guilty to the crime and the |Senior Magistrate granted him bail in the sum of N1m with two sureties. And the case was adjourned to January 19, 2015.
