20-year-old UK medical student in jihad beheading video

A sickening video that was on YouTube for an hour yesterday morning shows a UK medical student Nasser Muthana, 20, among an Islamic state killing squad that murdered 17 hostages.  The video also featured the decapitated body of Peter Kassig, a 26-year-old American medical aid worker.

Ahmed Muthana, father to the jihadist said he cannot be certain if it was Nasser.  Although the person in the video looks like him.  He said, ''I cannot be certain but it looks like my son.  He must fear Allah now for killing people.  How can he expect to face Allah if he is killing human beings.''  Asked if he will forgive and accept his son back if he decide to return back to Cardiff UK, the 57-year-old said,'' No, he must be mentally ill - either that or there is something else not right''.

It is believed that the release of videos such as this, showing the killing of hostages is to provoke the West into an all-out assault and final battle.  In one of such videos, the British leader of the killing squad, Jihadi John had told Prime Minister Cameroon that there will be slaughter on the streets.

Nasser Muthana, a prospective medical student was exposed as a terrorist in training after he was seen in a recruitment video for the insurgent group in June.  He has since been joined by his 17-year-old younger brother, Aseel who has also spoken of his willingness to die fighting.

This present video is a departure from other previous ones.  First, the Islamic militants gave away their location - showing what is believed to be a northern Syrian town of Dabiq.  The video titled ''Although the disbelievers dislike this'' lasted for 15 minutes and 53 seconds.

Filmed in the desert, the self acclaimed murderer Jihadi John is seen leading a line-up of Syrian troops to their death with 16 line-up of Islamic jihadists said to be from 6 countries.  The prisoners this time around, wore black trousers and shirts unlike the Guantanamo - styled orange jumpsuit seen in previous videos.  The scene then focus on Jihadi John who begins to cut his prisoner's neck.  The video then show the soldier's head on top of his bent-over body.

Prime Minister Cameroon has said the video shows the ''deplorable depths the depraved terrorists were prepared to go.  This particular video did not mention any name of the next prisoner who is likely to face execution.
